Brother Robert Willoughby Retires

Brother Robert Willoughby has retired after 21 years with Probation and Parole. Brother Willoughby was introduced to Probation and Parole in 1993 when he was working as an account technician for the Office of Court Collection Enforcement at the former Pine Street location. He became a probation officer on February 1st, 1999.

Brother Willoughby served in various positions as a probation officer, including the Domestic Violence Unit and Operation Safe Streets, before rising through the ranks to the position of Manager of the Northern New Castle County Probation and Parole Office.

At the November 2020 general membership meeting, President Mumford presented Brother Willoughby with a retirement badge, a gift from the members of FOP Lodge 10. Congratulations, Brother Willoughby!
