Dover- Today in Dover, the Delaware Department of Corrections handed out their yearly awards for officers who have shown a unwavering dedication to their jobs. Delaware Probation and Parole was honored to be represented by SPO Daina Breedlove. SPO Breedlove was responsible for obtaining the confession of James Clay for a 49 Year Old Cold Case which resulted in his conviction for Murder. SPO Breedlove's supervisor said that this award came from Daina's skills, knowledge, hardwork and dedication to go the extra length.
