Magnolia – Delaware Probation and Parole Officers assisted the Delaware State Police Kent County Drug Unit after a two-month long drug investigation.

Probation Officers assigned to the Kent County Governor’s Task Force assisted the Kent County Drug Unit, and Dover Police Department Drugs, Vice, and Organized Crime Unit, in executing a search warrant at a home located on Flint Drive on around 10:25 a.m., Thursday March 2, 2017.  Upon arrival officers arrested, Quioly S. Demby, 33, without incident. After the arrest a search of the residence was conducted and officers discovered 666 bags of heroin (9.93 grams) as well as over $1,900.00 in suspected drug proceeds.

Quioly Demby was arrested and charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (Heroin), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Heroin), Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.  He was arraigned at JP2 and committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on $121,200.00 cash bond.
