The 11th Annual Operation ZiPP was again a success! Probation Officers from around the state donated their money and over 380 pieces of winter clothing for men, women, and children of all sizes. Over the past 11 years, Delaware Probation and Parole has helped outfit over 3500+ Delawareans!  Should you be in need items can be found at Shepherd’s Place of Dover, People’s Place, Ministry of Caring, FSCAA and Code Purple.

Once again, Operation ZiPP Up was completed without any funding or donations from outside sources. There is no community outreach fund or government money paying for these items, but instead, these items are paid for solely by Delaware Probation and Parole staff!
