Wilmington- On Jan. 20th, 2017, at approximately 7:00 am, Officers from Delaware Probation and Parole, Wilmington Police Department, and the U.S. Marshals Service arrested Don-Qaadir Bey, a 28-year-old Wilmington man, in connection with a murder that occurred in the East Side neighborhood this past June.

Officers developed Bey as a suspect for the June murder of Donald Tucker. Once warrants were obtained Wilmington Officers and U.S. Marshals Task Force (Consisting of Marshals and Delaware Probation Officers) conducted an operation and were successful in capturing Bey at a residence in the 1900 block of Seneca Road in Wilmington without incident.

Bey faces charges of first-degree murder and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony.
