Salisbury, MD- Delaware Probation and Parole Officers participate in a multi-state operation leading to the arrest of a murder suspect.

On July 31st, Delaware Probation and Parole Officers assisted Maryland State Police, Salisbury Police, and the United States Marshal's Task Force in a high-risk arrest operation. Officers arrived at an unidentified apartment complex located on the West Side of Sussex County and quickly set up a perimeter. 

Upon executing warrants, officers were able to locate Brandi D. Upshur, 39, of Maryland who was wanted in connection with the murder of 32-year-old Tavin Molock. Further details are being withheld at this time due to the ongoing investigation.
