Harbeson – Delaware Probation and Parole Officers assist Delaware State Police with the drug bust.

Probation Officers assigned to the Sussex County Governor’s Task Force assisted the Delaware State Police in conducting a search warrant on the residence of Maurice C. Gordon Jr., 51, at 22000 blocks of Hurdle Ditch Road on Thursday, March 2, 2017.  The search yielded 346 bags of heroin (5.19 grams) as well as a fully loaded.38 caliber revolver that was listed as stolen out of Seaford.

Maurice C. Gordon Jr., 51, was contacted in Lincoln by troopers and taken into custody without incident. Naquan T. Williams, 34 of Patterson, New Jersey, was also contacted after meeting with Gordon in Lincoln and taken into custody without incident.  During a secondary search of Williams’ vehicle officers found over $14,800.00 in suspected drug proceed. Mr. Gordon and Mr. Williams were transported Troop 4 and charged with Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance (Heroin), Possession of a Controlled Substance (Heroin), and Conspiracy 2nd.  Gordon was additionally charged with Possession of a Firearm by a Person Prohibited and Receiving a Stolen Firearm.

Sussex Officers Make Big Arrest

Bridgeville- Delaware Probation and Parole and Delaware State Police have arrested 49-year-old Calvin L. Allen, an active probationer, for drug and traffic charges following a
